Director of Underwriting & Finance
Kristen Valdes holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and oversees underwriting, financial analysis, and loan processing at Triton Equity Group. She is responsible for preparing accurate, lender-ready financial packages and supporting efficient execution across commercial and multifamily transactions. Kristen is known for her attention to detail, analytical discipline, and ability to keep transactions moving smoothly from intake through closing
