Amar Nagireddy
Managing Partner – SNT Generational Wealth
Amar is a full-time commercial real estate investor and developer with a portfolio spanning 1,000+ units across multifamily, self-storage, ALF/Memory care and RV parks in Florida, Indiana, Georgia, South Carolina, Kansas, and Alaska.
As a key principal in multiple assets and development projects, he focuses on generating strong, consistent returns for investors while minimizing risk through disciplined underwriting, strategic acquisitions, and prudent asset management. Leveraging a robust network of industry professionals and a data-driven investment approach, Amar specializes in both value-add and ground-up projects that are structured to protect investor capital and maximize long-term value.
He holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University to further deepen his expertise in finance, deal structuring, and strategic growth.
